Legal information

Terms and Conditions.

Last updated: 03.08.2026

Rules for using the website, applications, content and external services.

1. About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of the website operated by Hate Fighters Network, with headquarters at Deligradska 2/3, 18000 Niš, Serbia. They apply to all public pages, digital publications, forms, applications, downloads and other functions made available through the website.

By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read these terms and will use the website lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not use forms, submit information or download materials whose use depends on acceptance of these terms.

2. Website purpose and nature of information

The website presents Hate Fighters Network’s work, projects, activities, results, publications, partners, donors, calls and opportunities for young people. Content is primarily informational and educational and does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice unless expressly stated.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but deadlines, programme conditions, budgets, schedules and decisions of third-party institutions may change. Before applying or making a decision, check the original call, the organiser’s rules and the latest published version of the relevant document.

3. Participation and applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, funding, travel, accommodation, a certificate or any other entitlement. Participants are selected according to the rules of the specific call, available places, project obligations and criteria published or communicated to applicants.

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their information, timely submission of required documents and notification of changes affecting participation. Hate Fighters Network may reject incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate or late applications and may cancel or change an activity where required by safety, funding, a partner, force majeure or other justified reasons.

For participants who are minors, parental or guardian consent, limited health and travel information and additional child-safeguarding rules may be required. Such information should not be sent through the general contact form unless Hate Fighters Network specifically requests it through a secure channel.

4. Permitted use of the website

You may browse the website, share public links, download materials intended for download and quote short extracts with clear attribution to the author, Hate Fighters Network and the original address. Material carrying a specific open licence may be used within the terms of that licence.

You must not disrupt the website, bypass security, access administration without authorisation, carry out automated bulk downloading or scraping that burdens the system, transmit malicious code, impersonate others or use the website for unlawful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing activity.

5. Copyright and third-party rights

Texts, photographs, video, graphics, logos, databases, design and documents belong to Hate Fighters Network, credited authors, donors or partners. Publication on the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial use, adaptation or republication of complete materials.

For use beyond permitted quotation or a stated licence, obtain prior written permission. If you believe content infringes your copyright, personal or other rights, send the exact page address, a description of the disputed material and evidence supporting the request; substantiated requests will be reviewed without undue delay.

6. User-submitted content

By sending a message, document, photograph or other content, you confirm that you are entitled to submit it and that processing it for the stated purpose does not infringe the rights of others. Do not send confidential information, special-category personal data or third-party data unless you have an appropriate basis.

Submitting material does not itself mean that it will be published. Where publication is specifically agreed, Hate Fighters Network receives a non-exclusive permission to technically process, display and promote the material to the extent required for the agreed activity or project, with attribution where applicable.

7. Donations and payment services

Donation details are published for voluntary support of the organisation’s work. Before paying, verify the recipient, account, currency, purpose and any bank charges. For restricted, larger or institutional donations, contact Hate Fighters Network to confirm conditions and documentation.

If you choose PayPal or another external service, payment takes place on that provider’s platform and is subject to its terms and privacy policy. Hate Fighters Network does not receive or store your payment-card number through this website.

8. External links, video and map

The website may contain links to or embedded content from third parties, including partners, social networks, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps and application platforms. Hate Fighters Network does not control their content, availability, security or data practices. Use of those services is subject to their own rules.

An external link does not automatically constitute an endorsement of all views or products of the third party. If you notice a broken, misleading or unsafe link, please notify us.

9. Availability, security and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, attacks, hosting issues, network outages or force majeure may temporarily restrict access. We may change, remove or archive content and functions where necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, Hate Fighters Network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on outdated information, a third-party decision, website unavailability, device incompatibility or use of an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

These terms may be updated when website functions, the organisation’s activities or applicable rules change. The current version and date of last update are always published on this page. Changes apply from publication unless stated otherwise.

Matters not covered are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; if this is not possible, jurisdiction rests with the court determined by applicable law. Send questions to the contact or privacy email published on the website.
